Car Battery Warranty
All batteries brought and installed by our specialists are covered with the following warranty period:
Petrol vehicle – 12 months
Diesel vehicle – 6 months
2nd hand battery – 1 month
Batteries warranty includes
Only authorised Specialists from 24Hrs Onsite Recovery will perform warranty claims.
The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing (eg. short circuit/spot welding).
1-to-1 replacement should the battery be tested faulty due to manufacturing defect.
Warranty excludes the following below
Re-visit fee
Alternator overcharging / undercharging
Alternator not charging
Mishandling
Battery drained due to own negligence
24hrs recording dash camera connected directly to the car battery
Faulty Starter Motor
Engine Malfunction
Warranty is not Transferable

Arrange for Inspection:
We will arrange for an authorized mechanic to visit and inspect your car battery.
Re-Visit Fee:
Please note that there will be a re-visit fee as the warranty covers only the product, not the service visit.
Assessment and Action:
If the battery is assessed to be defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
If the problem is determined to be due to another aspect of the vehicle, we will conduct a jump-start service.
